SJW Counseling and Coaching

At SJW Counseling and Coaching, we are dedicated to offering high-quality, personalized services through counseling and coaching. Please review the following policy regarding payments and refunds.

No Refunds Policy

Due to the time, preparation, and commitment involved in providing both clinical and coaching services, all payments are final and non-refundable.

This applies to:

• Counseling sessions (telehealth therapy)

• Coaching sessions and packages

• Late cancellations or no-shows

• Prepaid services

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee.

• Emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Billing Errors or Technical Issues

If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a technical issue that prevented the session from occurring, please contact us within 7 days to request a review.
